Catholic Church in Egypt reports first conference by Virgin Mary Church, Qubbat al-Hawa

The Catholic Church in Egypt said on 7 October 2026 that the Virgin Mary Church, Qubbat al-Hawa, in Shubra organized its first conference.
The event was held at Sayidat al-Salam Hall, Sheraton Residences, under the patronage of Patriarch Anba Ibrahim Isaac, according to the church.
Anba Pachom delivered a lecture titled "The Family and Wounds of the Past," during which he discussed the impact of past wounds on family life, the church said. Father Emmanuel Sobhi, the parish priest, participated in the conference.
