The event was held under the patronage of Patriarch Anba Ibrahim Isaac, the church said. The day began with the Divine Liturgy, according to the church. Archbishop Nicolas Henry, the Papal Nuncio in Egypt, delivered a spiritual reflection titled "Mary in Family Life" to the attendees, the church said. Participants listened to a recorded lecture by Anba Pachom, the Patriarchal Vicar for Patriarchal Diocese Affairs, regarding "Law in Canon Law," which covered the concept and dimensions of marriage according to Canon Law, the church said.
